This schedule is a planning estimate. Adjust sessions for your actual progress, energy, classes, work, health, and other commitments. Focused hours do not include breaks.
Start with the number of days available and the focused hours you can consistently study each day. Focused time excludes meals, travel, breaks, and other interruptions. A smaller plan you can follow is usually more useful than an ambitious schedule you abandon.
Estimate how many hours each subject needs, then rate difficulty and priority from 1 to 5. The planner uses all three values to distribute your capacity and produce a session-based daily schedule.
Focus capacity formula
Total Focus Time = Study Days × Focused Hours Per Day
Example: 14 days with 3 focused hours per day provides 42 hours of study capacity before breaks.
Required hours describe workload. Difficulty increases the attention given to demanding subjects, while priority raises subjects that are urgent or important. These ratings guide allocation; they do not replace your own judgement.
The planner shows a shortfall and prioritizes the available hours without assigning more core time than a subject requires.
Extra capacity becomes review time and is distributed toward demanding, high-priority subjects.
Learning speed, health, classes, work, and unexpected commitments can change your available time. Move sessions when needed, record actual progress, and reduce the required hours for completed topics. A study plan should support your learning rather than create unnecessary pressure.
