Cookie Policy
Last updated: October 11, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains the cookies, analytics tags, and local browser storage currently used on NVR Nexus and the controls available to you.
Cookies & Similar Technologies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage, tags, pixels, and identifiers used to remember information or measure website activity. Local storage is not a cookie, but it can save information in your browser until you or the website removes it.
Google Analytics
NVR Nexus uses Google Analytics to understand page visits, traffic sources, device and browser characteristics, approximate geographic information, and general interaction patterns. We use this information to understand site performance and improve tools and content. Google Analytics may use first-party cookies including:
_ga— distinguishes one browser from another for analytics measurement._ga_<container-id>— maintains session information for the relevant Analytics property.
Google documents a default lifetime of up to two years for these cookies, although browser controls, consent choices, and our Analytics configuration may shorten or prevent their storage. Learn more in Google's cookie usage documentation.
Google Tag Manager
NVR Nexus uses Google Tag Manager to manage and load website measurement tags, including Google Analytics. Tag Manager itself is a tag-management system; the services deployed through it determine what cookies or identifiers are used. Google states that Tag Manager may process limited request logs and aggregated diagnostics related to tag performance and installation quality. Review Google's Tag Manager privacy and security information.
Local Browser Storage
The website and some tools use local browser storage for settings such as theme preferences and, when you choose a save feature, drafts, histories, calculator settings, or plans. This information stays in that browser on that device and is not sent to NVR Nexus merely because it is stored locally. You can remove it using the relevant tool's clear or delete option or through your browser settings.
Advertising Cookies
NVR Nexus does not currently use Google AdSense or another third-party advertising service, so the website does not intentionally set advertising cookies for serving ads. If advertising is enabled later, this policy will be updated and any consent controls required for applicable visitors will be introduced before or when the advertising technology is activated.
Third-Party Websites
Clicking a link to another website may allow that website to use its own cookies or similar technologies. NVR Nexus does not control those services. Review their policies before providing information or changing cookie preferences. See also our Privacy Policy.
Managing Cookies & Analytics
You can inspect, block, or delete cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Blocking analytics cookies may reduce the accuracy of website measurement but should not prevent access to the core public tools and content. You may also use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Browser instructions and extensions are provided by third parties and may change over time.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when technologies, providers, settings, or legal requirements change. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
